If you have any queries or questions you wish to ask us about any item you have purchased, please feel free to contact us at sales@fantisi.com, quoting your order number, contact details and the nature of the query.  At Fantisi we reply to every email correspondence we receive, and our aim is to resolve any queries or problems you may have about your purchase within the shortest period possible.

• The goods must be unused.  For hygiene reasons we will not accept any returned products which are soiled.
• The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Items supplied in heat sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
• Goods that are not heat sealed in their packaging are also non refundable or non exchangeable (due to hygiene reasons).
• We do not refund postage & packaging paid for returning unsuitable or faulty/defective goods.
• Returned goods that are not defective will be subject to a £3.00 handling fee which will be deducted from your refund.
• We will not accept the return of goods which we are unable to re-sell.
• If posting goods, please keep your proof of posting.

In the instance that a product has to be returned, please contact us by email in the first instance at info@fantisi.com, quoting your order number.  We will supply you with a “returns” number that must be used when returning your goods.  Please send all returned items with a covering letter explaining the reason for the return.  Clearly mark the package with “Returns” and send within 7 days to the following address:-
