A binding contract is formed between you and fantisi when you receive confirmation from us by e-mail, telephone or other means that your order has been received and is being processed. Please note that regardless of the name of the website you bought products on, the contract is between you and Fantisi

Prices

The price you pay for is displayed clearly on the website.

We check the website daily to ensure that our pricing is correct. In the instance that our prices are displayed incorrectly, we will notify you of the error prior to dispatch of the goods, request the correct payment for the products or services requested, and give you the opportunity to cancel your order should you wish.

Our prices are shown in pounds sterling, but if you are buying from overseas, or if you are ordering using a credit or debit card registered overseas, you may be charged in local currency.

 

On your statement your Fantisi order will show as 2 Cats UK Ltd

Data Protection

Fantisi Limited holds your order details on a secure database for the purpose of fulfilling orders.

Your credit card details are not held by Fantisi and cannot be accessed after an order has been placed.

Fantisi is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Therefore we will not pass your details on to any third party without your prior consent.

We will only send you promotional e-mails if you request them. With each promotional e-mail we send, we will offer the opportunity to unsubscribe and therefore cease delivery of promotional e-mails.

The imaged used in this site are owned by Leg Avenue INC and Dreamgirl INC. You may download content for personal, non-commercial use. The content may not be otherwise copied and may not be modified.

Although all reasonable steps are taken to ensure that the content is accurate and up-to-date, Fantisi will not be held liable for any delays, inaccuracies or omissions it may contain.

 

Fantisi reserve the right to ammend these terms and conditions and would hereby give notice that they are subject to change.

Unlawful Provision

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable.

Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law.
